Account Director Position

Heneghan PR is looking for an Account Director to join our experienced team of PR professionals to start immediately.

The agency represents some of Ireland’s leading names in Irish and International business.

Skills and Experience:
– 6-8 years’ experience, preferably in an agency environment
– Degree in Communications / PR or related suitable qualification
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills
– Demonstrable experience of multi-tasking and operating in a busy environment
– Strong team player with leadership ability
– Experience in leading strong, results-driven, client campaigns
– General corporate and healthcare experience
– Digital experience
– Strong communications strategist

Principle Duties
– Work as project lead on a number of busy clients across healthcare and corporate sectors
– To include strategic communications planning, agreeing and achieving client KPIs, organising and executing events on behalf of clients and reporting
– Proactively managing client expectations to ensure all issues impacting client satisfaction are successfully addressed.
– Work as a leading team member on the implementation of larger scale projects
– Participate in new business drive, to include identifying opportunities, building proposals and attending pitches
